Artrice is a passionate Therapist that loves to help others seek healing, growth, transformation, and wholeness. Artrice believes anyone can overcome obstacles, become empowered in their newfound identity, and learn to cope with any of life’s traumatic experiences. She walks with her clients in their transformational process and assists them in becoming the best version of themselves. Her goal is to help them move on to success by accomplishing the goals they establish. She lives by the motto “Transformation is necessary,” thereby teaching others how to embrace the transformation process and to improve their quality of life. As one who has had first-hand experience of going through the transformation process, she is patient and extremely encouraging to others walking through change. Artrice holds a Master of Social Work Degree and has extensive experience in working as a Clinician, Clinical Supervisor, and Director of Social Services with 20+ years of experience across social services and private practices. She currently serves as a mental health provider for individuals, families and groups and is a part of Purposed Peace Counseling, LLC. Her specialties are in working with Adults, Teens, Couples and Blended Families. Her areas of expertise include various courses of trauma including grief and loss, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, domestic violence, anxiety, and stress management. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy & Faith Based Interventions to assist those seeking healing.
